Adirondack Surveying PLLC (ADK Surveying) serves the individual, municipalities, organizations and developers. The Boundary Surveying services we provide range from small residential surveys to multiple hundred acre boundary surveys in the Adirondack Forest Preserve. The Subdivisions we undertake range in size from minor ¿village sized¿ lots of 2 parcels or more to major subdivisions with multiple lots with infrastructure, being both jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional to the Adirondack Park Agency. When we undertake a subdivision we represent our Client¿s needs throughout the entire subdivision process.
ADK Surveying will prepare and submit documents for the Planning and Zoning Boards as well as the Adirondack Park Agency. We then will represent our Clients before the Adirondack Park Agency and the individual Town¿s Planning Boards and Zoning Board of Appeals and then complete the process by filing the final subdivision map at the County Clerk¿s Office.
Adirondack Surveying PLLC also performs Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Elevation Certificates to assist in setting flood insurance rates, perform Topographic Surveys for design work for use by your Architect and Engineer. In addition, we perform construction layout of deck, additions and new homes to commercial structures such as fire stations and grocery stores to radio and cellular towers.
Our office is located in the Northern Adirondack Hamlet of Jay in Essex County, a short drive to Whiteface Mountain, the Village of Lake Placid, the City of Plattsburgh and the High Peaks Region.
Adirondack Surveying PLLC serves the North Country counties of Essex, Clinton, Franklin, Warren, Hamilton, Saratoga, and Washington as well as Northern Herkimer County.
